Ayumu is a fast-growing Belgian brand of premium cocktails and mocktails, working with the broader hospitality sector, event agencies and companies across Belgium.
To support our growth, we’re looking for commercial talent who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for developing our B2B customer base, nurturing existing partnerships and helping shape our distribution and wholesale strategy. This is a hands-on role with real impact, ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and likes working with a distinctive, high-quality product.
We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a talent in sales or business development. Background in hospitality, FMCG or events is a plus, but attitude and drive matter most. The setup is flexible — freelance or permanent — with plenty of freedom and responsibility.

Prospect and grow B2B clients (hospitality, events, companies)

Who you are
Strong commercial mindset
Experience in sales or business development (hospitality/FMCG is a plus)
